Natalija Vesely
With academic training in psychology and personal experience as a mother, Natalija brings both professional insight and parental understanding to Bubu Island.
After seeing how early development activities transformed her own son, she became passionate about creating a comprehensive space where families could find everything they need under one roof - quality child development programs, parental support, and a vibrant community.

Tetiana İnanbil
A specialist in infant development, Tetiana discovered her calling after witnessing remarkable progress in her own son's development through early swimming.
With years of expertise working with babies and children, she has designed Bubu Island's signature programs to nurture physical, cognitive and emotional development from the earliest stages of life.

Emre İnanbil
Emre spent 27 years working as a senior manager in the Information Technologies and Business Development sectors. Since 2016, he has been working alongside Tetiana İnanbil to bring a professional perspective to the baby swimming activities they developed, inspired by their own children’s growth and needs.
With a focus on pool hygiene and water technologies, Emre leads ongoing research to support the health and safety of babies and children, while thoughtfully applyting his findings to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and care in Bubu Island's facilities.

A Heartwarming Journey
Bubu Island emerged from two mothers who saw what families truly needed in our busy world.
It started when Natalija brought her two-month-old son to swim lessons at Tetiana's school. She was looking for something good for her baby, but found something transformative for them both.
After watching her son thrive in the water, Natalija and Tetiana started talking. Not just quick chats, but real conversations about raising children in cities where everything feels rushed and disconnected. Tetiana knew infant development from years of professional work. Natalija lived it daily with her son.
When they compared notes, the gap in what families needed became obvious: somewhere that brought everything together. One place where children could grow in all ways and parents could find their own community. So, they built Bubu Island.
Not overnight, but carefully, thoughtfully, with specialists who understand child development and the power of play. Every detail, from the facilities, through swimming program to gymnastics and sensory experiences, was meticulously thought through.
But, the real magic of Bubu Island isn't on any schedule or lesson plan. It's in our community.
