English Teacher for Young Learners

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher for young learners in a full-time, on-site role. The English Teacher will be responsible for creating and implementing engaging lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of young children. In addition to teaching cognitive skills, the teacher will play a key role in supporting children’s social, emotional and motor skills growth. This includes guiding students through their early learning experiences, fostering turn-taking, empathy, appropriate behavior in social settings, communication and other.

Role Description

The role also involves regular collaboration with parents and colleagues to ensure each child’s progress is well-supported. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about creating a fun and enriching environment where children feel comfortable to explore, learn, and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate lesson plans focused on language acquisition and social skills.
• Encourage and guide young children in their learning journey, supporting them in developing communication, social, and behavioral skills.
• Create a positive and engaging classroom atmosphere that fosters curiosity and excitement for learning.
• Work closely with parents to monitor and discuss children’s progress, challenges, and successes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a harmonious, effective, and fun learning environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience teaching young learners or in early childhood education (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to foster a caring, supportive, and structured environment for young children.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for helping children succeed.
• Degree or certification in education, early childhood development, or related field (preferred).
