1. Swimming Instructors

Responsibilities:

• Conduct swimming lessons tailored to various age groups and skill levels.
• Ensure the safety of all participants by adhering to established protocols.
• Foster confidence, motivation, and enjoyment in young swimmers.
• Keep the pool and equipment in pristine condition and report any maintenance needs.

Qualifications:

• Certified in lifeguarding or water safety instruction (preferred).
• Proven experience in teaching swimming to children of different ages.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, encouraging demeanor.

2. Baby Massage & Spa Specialists

Responsibilities:

• Provide gentle and nurturing baby massage sessions in a warm, relaxing environment.
• Educate parents on safe massage techniques, benefits, and proper self-care.
• Maintain a clean, tranquil, and comfortable spa area.

Qualifications:

• Relevant certification or training in baby massage, infant wellness, or related fields.
• Empathetic approach and ability to convey a sense of calm and reassurance to both parents and babies.
• Prior experience working with infants and young children is highly desirable.

3. Café Staff (Baristas, Servers, Support)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, snacks, and meals in a child-friendly setting.
• Greet and assist guests in a warm, courteous manner.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the café area.

Qualifications:

• Experience in food preparation or café service (preferred).
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and uphold excellent customer service, especially for families with young children.

4. Multilingual Playgroup & Workshop Instructors

Responsibilities:

• Plan and lead engaging playgroups and workshops that encourage early language development.
• Adapt content to suit the needs and interests of varying age groups.
• Promote inclusivity, curiosity, and cultural awareness in a lively, interactive setting.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in multiple languages and a solid understanding of language teaching methods.
• Experience in early childhood education or group facilitation.
• Creative, energetic, and capable of shaping a positive learning environment.

5. Gymnastics Coaches

Responsibilities:

• Provide safe, fun, and developmentally appropriate gymnastics instruction to children.
• Develop lesson plans that build strength, flexibility, and confidence.
• Maintain equipment standards and ensure a secure training environment.

Qualifications:

• Background in gymnastics instruction or relevant coaching experience.
• Knowledge of child development and physical education principles.

• Proven experience in management, administration, or a related field.
